Pomegranate Gin Cocktail
Can you believe it will be NOVEMBER in 2 days! Y’all, where has the time gone?

I know I say this every year, but it’s especially shocking this year because the closer we get to the holidays, the closer I am to having a one year old. I feel like I just delivered Maddie, so the fact that she is almost a year is mind blowing. I knew the first year would go fast, but not this fast!

All that to say. My baby is almost a year. We are about to enter the holidays. So, it’s time for a holiday drink! Cheers!

The funny thing about this Festive looking Holiday Pomegranate Gin Cocktail is ….

I’VE NEVER ACTUALLY TRIED GIN.
So before I made a gin cocktail, I figured a taste and a little sniff sniff was in order. Guys, it smells glorious. Honestly, it smells like juniper berries and tastes like Christmas. Why have I not tried gin before.

Gin is a little bitter at first taste. So for this gin cocktail I knew I had to counteract the bitter with sweet. I combined pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey and then a little sparkling water for bubbles.

It think this holiday cocktail is better chilled or served over some ice. Just know, if you serve it over ice it may water the drink down a bit. I served mine chilled in a martini type glass.

It was absolutely divine! This sassy number will definitely be making an appearance at some of the holiday gathering we have at our house.

Smooth. Delicious. Gorgeous and Easy. What more could you ask for?

Cheers my friends!
